Merging for destruction of this two major aviation industry restructuring of the Group has been settled. Preparing group for the new company group has been established recently by the approval of the relevant national departments and is expected to be formally listed in July. 

It is understood that the new company named as China Aviation Industry Corporation. The current General Manager of the First China Aviation Industry Corporation, Lin Zuo Ming is appointed as head of the preparing group, the current vice president of the second China Aviation Industry Corporation, Tanrui Song as deputy head of the preparing group. 

The reorganizing China Aviation Industry Corporation is expected to formally set up, after the registration procedures completed.
