Reception Arrangements at Airports and Ports

¡¡¡¡¡¡To ensure that representatives of World Economic Development Declaration Conference will arrive in Zhuhai smoothly, the Department of Protocol and Reception is to send reception teams to Guangzhou Airport, Shenzhen Airport, Zhuhai Airport, Gongbei Port and Jiuzou Port respectively from 8:00 a.m. of Nov. 4 to 12:00 p.m. of Nov. 5. Equipped with various types of vehicles, they will be responsible for reception work. At the exit of each airport or port, a board reading 'World Economic Development Declaration Conference Reception Station' both in Chinese and English will be seen. From 8:00 a.m. of Nov.4 onward, there will be one or two medium size buses running from Guangzhou Airport and Shenzhen Airport to Zhuhai every 2 hours, and shuttles waiting at Zhuhai Airport, Gongbei Port and Jiuzhou Port for the representatives and then escorting them to the hotels where they will be staying. If at the above-mentioned airports or ports arrive VIPs, special persons and special cars will be arranged to receive them as soon as we are informed.
