Explanation of basic procedures for joining the association

1. Entry conditions

Our members are unit members, with five levels: Vice President, Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Director, and Member. To apply to become a member of 12, the following conditions must be met:

(1) Support the articles of association and be willing to fulfill member obligations;

(2) Enterprises, institutions, associations, academic organizations or other institutions registered in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China;

(3) In the past five years, there have been no negative records in operating in accordance with the law, being honest and trustworthy, and fulfilling social responsibilities;

(4) The vice chairman unit and vice chairman unit must be companies within the scope of the world's top 1000 multinational corporations, top 500 Chinese enterprises, top 500 private enterprises, or industry-leading enterprises.

2. Materials to be submitted

(1) 12 Application Form for Membership;

(2) Copy of business license, association registration certificate, or other similar documents issued by relevant management units with similar functions;

(3) Units applying to join the 12th Council must submit their previous year's financial statistical statements, unit introduction (in both Chinese and English), resumes (in both Chinese and English) of the proposed leaders to serve in our association, copies of their identification documents, and electronic copies of their photos.

(4) The membership application form shall be submitted in writing to the 12 Member Service Center for approval by 12 (the electronic version of the membership application form can be downloaded from www.cicpmc.org).

3. Basic program

(1) I will provide a response within 10 working days after receiving the application for membership from the applying unit.

(2) For units approved for membership after review, we will send a special letter notification.

(3) Units approved for membership must pay membership fees and obtain membership certificates.

4. Instructions for filling out the form

(1) Please fill in the information of the representative of the joining unit who your unit intends to recommend for the position of our council;

(2) This form is a member profile information. If there are any changes in the content, please notify our member service center immediately.

5. Payment method

Membership fees can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
