China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations Recently, it has been discovered that some people use the name of the 'multinational association' to recruit personnel, establish branches, and engage in economic and trade negotiations, project cooperation, and other commercial activities abroad under the guise of the 'multinational association'. They even pretend to represent the 'multinational association' by promising cooperation intentions, signing cooperation agreements, and conducting media publicity. The above actions have seriously damaged the reputation and legitimate rights and interests of our company. In order to maintain the image and rights of our company, we hereby solemnly declare as follows:

1、 The 'Cross national Association' has never authorized any organization to recruit personnel, and any organization or individual using the name of the 'Cross national Association' for recruitment is illegal and deceptive behavior.

2、 The 'Cross border Association' has never established a 'Shandong Office' in Shandong Province.

3、 The 'Cross national Association' has never established the 'Shandong International Multinational Corporation Promotion Association' in Shandong Province.

4、 The 'Cross border Association' has never established a special zone or established the 'China General Aviation Industry Alliance' in Beihai Science and Technology City, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, nor has it signed any intentional cooperation agreements with the Binzhou City government and enterprises.

5、 The 'Cross border Association' has never participated in the establishment of the 'China Internet Finance Entrepreneurs Club' (ECIF).

6、 The 'Cross border Association' has never cooperated with the Handan Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the China Network Cultural Operations Center to construct the Cultural China International Plaza project.

7、 The 'Cross border Association' has never signed an agreement with Zhongxin Fang Dongfang Co., Ltd., and should request support from the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Government for the construction of the Shanghai Pudong Oriental Building.

8、 There has never been a Deputy Secretary General Song Haotian in the 'Cross border Association', and his activities in society as the Deputy Secretary General of the 'Cross border Association' are illegal and deceptive.

Any matter mentioned in the above statement is illegal and deceptive behavior, and all economic and legal responsibilities arising from it shall be borne by the relevant units and parties, and have no relationship with the 'multinational association'. At the same time, the 'Cross border Association' reserves the right to pursue all legal responsibilities for the illegal and criminal acts of 'counterfeit' institutions or individuals in accordance with the law.
